APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Litchfield Park

Went to look at apartments, ladies in the front extremely nice and willing to help us look for a place to move in December! The grounds appeared nice and the pool was clean! Place we are looking at has a garage but you are able to also rent one which is nice! The gym looks great you could get a full work out on the days you just don't feel like driving all the way there! We are excited to move in there, plus Dog friendly which is great!

Moved in 3 months ago and I really love my apartment. The staff is very professional and are friendly. I’ve been in the office many times and always greeted with a smile. Of coarse with any transition or change, there are bound to be some hiccups along the way but I’ve experienced none. The location of the complex is perfect. Neighbors are quiet, not a high traffic area, close to grocery stores and very quiet at night, but the most important factor for me is that I feel safe! Oh and to add the pools are very nice and well maintained. I would highly recommend these apartments.

I came in last week with a friend to see an apartment. I will also be looking to move in the very near future. Alejandra assisted my friend during her visit. I typically do not write reviews but I definitely think that sometimes people go out of there way to make negative reviews and I just felt like today was a day that I should go out of my way to give a positive online review. Anyway with all of that being said..your agent went out of her way to make me not just my friend feel welcomed when we went in. She was very professional, answered every question, and was very hospitable. She acknowledge us as we walked in the door and made it was very personable, other places we visited we had to ask for assistance after waiting for several minutes. So I hope that your company takes the time to read this because Alejandra we really appreciate your time and the fact that you made us both feel at home. I will be moving here when my current lease is up.

Amazing place, love it.

The maintenance man who changed out my microwave light and main entryway light was courteous, professional and efficient. He was in and out in less than five minutes.
