I truly can't say anything bad. The leasing staff is awesome and friendly. They were very upfront about costs. My apartment was very clean when I moved in. The maintenance staff is very professional and respectful and are super on repairs and quick about them. The biggest issues I see happen because tenants choose to not follow rules set for the benefit of the community. Things like smoking in their units or putting large items like mattresses in the dumpster or not picking up trash they drop. These are not under the control of management unless people want to have cameras everywhere. I love this place and would recommend to anyone who's looking to move!

The maintenance man came in and checked out my microwave, and took some pictures of the damage.The micrrowave was cracked and I had asked if it could be replaced. The office manager was nice and said it would be taken care of right away. I have lived here for over a year and have been happy with their service.

New resident just moved in & so far VERY impressed! 1st maintenance request was resolved same day by Angel. 2nd request was resolved on 2nd day by Adam. BOTH are experienced, prompt, courteous & knew what they were doing! Thank you and I appreciate you and your hard work!

BOTH are experienced, prompt, courteous & knew what they were doing! Thank you and I appreciate you and your hard work! The only negative thing I can say so far is there are ALOT of cat owners that let their cats roam freely especially at night. As a dog owner, it's a struggle when my dog is distracted and these cats are hissing & walking around! I just think it would be wise to remind cat owners to keep their cats inside to not annoy dogs and probably get eaten by coyotes!
