APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Litchfield Park

I have lived at Remington Ranch Apts for over 9 years and I want to give my appreciation and gratitude to all of the staff. Christina, Amanda and Victoria have been a saving grace and I can't thank them enough for their patience. My experience has always been with mutual respect and they've always had a listening ear. Maintenance has always been nice and I know they do their best each day to take care of work orders as they come. Remington Ranch do their best to take care of their tenants and it shows. And I appreciate that they all care! I can't express enough of how Remington Ranch has been home to me all these years. I could not have been at a better Apartment community.

Love my home, love my neighbors, love the staff! Management is super professional. Maintance has great time management for 300 units. Family friendly--pets included. Christina, Amanda, Victoria ,Lalo and Daniel are all amazing! They have all, as a whole played their part in giving my children and I a home we feel comfortable and safe in! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!

I couldn't imagine living anywhere else! Update--I requested a few accommodations and they met my request in a timely manner. Honestly sooner than I was expecting! I think the staff does amazing with how they handle all requests or complaints. I DO NOT agree with some of these reviews because from what I have witnessed, the staff is super professional, hard working, kind and time efficient when they are treated with respect and spoken to like they are human beings! I wouldnt trade living here for anywhere else clearly some of these people havent ever truly lived in a bad neighborhood and its giving privileged and spoon fed by their mothers! Lol 😆

Remington ranch is pretty good never had issues here but the office people are the nicest and the environment as well and it’s very peaceful and shoutout to Victoria Martinez she’s the best as well have a wonderful beautiful day.
