Really loved living here. Super close to work, nice area, amenities were convenient and well kept. Only issue was the dated appliances for me, otherwise, great experience. Front desk staff were always responsive and courteous.
Office managers Christine & Denise are such a breath of fresh air every time I stop in to just say hello or talk to them. They are people who CARE & will do what they can to make it a comfortable place to live. Maintenance team are amazing! They may get backed up but be patient! They will get to you.
Itâs not easy running any apartment complex. You get more people complaints than appreciation. Show them respect, patience & appreciate them for what they do or trying to do! I left another complex & experienced the worst office management team & ONE maintenance guy that ran around like a chicken without a head on!
The team here have been amazing since the day I moved in! The only thing I wish they would upgrade is to double pane windows.
My unit faces Indian School Road.
You can hear every car and motorcycle coming and going all day and night. Some of these loud motors are ridiculously LOUD! My dog and I would wake up startled out of our sleep!
I do love the location of my unit in a private corner & thatâs why I chose it.
